How to participate
- You will be required to insert an OTP (One-Time Pin) before confirming your bid amount based on your OTP preference in your account
- Upon placing a successful bid, Avios will be deducted immediately and a notification will be sent to the registered email address on the membership account
- If you have been outbid, Avios will be refunded and a notification will be sent to the registered email address on the membership account
- Automatic bidding is enabled – To set up automatic bidding, members must enter the maximum amount of Avios they are willing to spend on the listing. We will bid in increments on your behalf to keep you in the lead but only up to your limit. You will be notified if you have been outbid, so that you can decided to increase your maximum limit
- Popcorn bidding is enabled - In the event a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds of the auction end time, the Auction will automatically extend for another 60 seconds to allow bids to be placed
- Avios will be deducted automatically from the winning bidder’s Membership Account upon completion of the auction, and the member will receive notification of the winning bid by email
- Avios will be released automatically from the remaining members who were unable to secure the winning bid, and the members will receive notification of the Avios reversal by email

- Value Retail will make the booking with the Hotel and Wertheim Village. The winner will need to provide the details requested by Value Retail in order for Value Retail to make sure bookings.
- Bookings with the Hotel and Wertheim Village are subject to availability, however, Value Retail will make reasonable effots to accomodate the winner's request (s).
