• You will be required to insert an OTP (One-Time Pin) before confirming your bid amount based on your OTP preference in your account
• Upon placing a successful bid, Avios will be deducted immediately and a notification will be sent to the registered email address on the membership account
• If you have been outbid, Avios will be refunded and a notification will be sent to the registered email address on the membership account
• Automatic bidding is enabled – To set up automatic bidding, members must enter the maximum amount of Avios they are willing to spend on the listing. We will bid in increments on your behalf to keep you in the lead but only up to your limit. You will be notified if you have been outbid, so that you can decide to increase your maximum limit
• Popcorn bidding is enabled - In the event a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds of the auction end time, the Auction will automatically extend for another 60 seconds to allow bids to be placed
• Avios will be deducted automatically from the winning bidder’s Membership Account upon completion of the auction, and the member will receive notification of the winning bid by email
• Avios will be released automatically from the remaining members who were unable to secure the winning bid, and the members will receive notification of the Avios reversal by email

• Under 16's must be accompanied by adult 21+.
• Tickets must be purchased from authorized sources.
• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only. Reselling or altering tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
• This e-ticket should be always kept with you and produced upon request by the venue staff.
• Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the Gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID & the credit card used for purchase.
• The event organizer and venue accept no responsibility for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the event
• Outside food, beverages, illegal substances, weapons, or any items deemed dangerous by venue security are strictly prohibited
• Venue doors open 1 hour before show with access to your seats available from 30 minutes before the show. Once the performance starts latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at a suitable break in the performance. At the start of each Act, there will be an auditorium lock out for up to 10 minutes. Please be seated pre performance start time to avoid auditorium lock outs.
• Strictly no readmission.
• Photography or videography is not permitted at any time during the performance, including the use of phones.
• Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted, no storage or cloakroom facilities available.
• Guests requiring accessible seating or assistance should purchase designed seats and reach the organizers or event staff once they reach the venue to request support.
• The event organizer is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
• In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of this e-ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organizer.
• Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, (not limited to excessive noise, intoxication, or harassment of staff and attendees) or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from the venue without refund.
